What happens in the first two weeks: access, your brand context and the baseline we measure against. Nothing gets published in week one.

What happens
Days 1 to 3
Access and your brand context. We leave a test draft on your site and check that the SEO title and description come through correctly.
Week 1
Full audit: Search Console for recent months, a review of your archive and the set of AI questions. We publish nothing.
Week 2
Topic plan and first drafts for your approval.

What you tell us about your brand
What you sell, to whom and in which markets.
Your tone: how you talk and which words you don't use.
Your competitors, to track who AI recommends.
The questions customers ask you before buying.
Facts about you that can be cited: customers, figures, cases.
The baseline
Before publishing we freeze a snapshot: your Search Console data, the set of AI questions with their answers and the state of your archive. Everything we measure afterwards is compared against that snapshot, with the same questions and under the same conditions.
